Life Coaching
Life coaching seeks to help you to meet personal goals whether it is work, personal, relational, family, or implementing routines. This discipline aims to help you continue wellness by making proactive changes and implementation of steps to meet goals. Consider life coaching as the “how to” process that doesn’t answer the “why”. It is largely a behavioral change process that begins with initial consultation (~45-minutes) and follows up with a standard 30-minute consultation weekly or as determined between yourself and your life coach.
